We ordered the Tres Amigos on Cinco de Mayo 2024, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. There was no seasoning on the dish whatsoever. The steak and chicken were less than a quarter-inch thick and incredibly bland. To make matters worse, the portion was smaller than what we've received in the past. We left feeling very disappointed, and we've decided that this will be our final visit. It seems that customer service and quality are no longer a priority here.
I tried calling the restaurant on a Wednesday night at 7:45 PM, but no one answered, no matter how many times I tried. It wasn't due to phone issues; they were simply too busy to handle pick-up orders. It's really disappointing. If I could give them less than one star, I would. With two hours left in their shift, they still couldn't manage to pick up the phone. It's unfortunate and inexcusable.

My experience at Jalapenos Restaurant was outstanding. The food, drinks, and service were all excellent. Our server, who had recently moved from Colombia, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. All in all, it was a wonderful local dining experience that I would certainly return to. Réservez une table maintenant
