Our first time here tonight and unfortunately our last. My husband I both ordered a Chile Relleno, rice and beans and he also got chile verde. We each were given chips in a basket, maybe a dozen chips per basket with no idea if we could get a refill. We were super shocked that our food came out so fast and dug right in, with our forks, no knives, and he chile was previously frozen, it was so watery and had little to no flavor. The breading was soggy and had no flavor so I dug the cheese out and made a burrito with that, the rice and beans with the tortillas. Wonderful Mexican food in South Lake Tahoe. We ordered the Super Burrito and it lived up to its name. Chock full of meat, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, beans, and a whole raft of delicious flavor, the super burrito does not disappoint. It's also massive, and fit for a large hungry human. We also ordered a pair of enchiladas and those were solid.Service here is really friendly too.If you're in South Lake Tahoe, and craving some Mexican food, look no further!
Service was friendly enough. I definitely walked in and expected good Mexican food. The atmosphere and staff just gave you the idea that it was going to be good Mexican food. It lacked flavor on every meal we have gotten from here. You had to add salsa or hot sauce or just anything, so it wasn't so bland. Food was decently portioned. I was full from just the burrito, and I have a decent appetite.
Great taqueria with a varied menu. Portions are large and the price is great. Carne burrito was filling and the three taco combo was loaded with protein. Complimentary chips with your meal and a salsa bar with pico and four different salsas and onions and jalapeño’s. Plenty of parking and seating. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy low entrance

Great Mexican restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. You have to assemble your own tacos. I found the meat a bit dry and lacking in seasoning, but I would definitely return to give it another shot. It's a decent spot for a quick lunch, and the service was prompt.

Great Mexican food. I had the veggie fajita burrito and my partner had a California al pastor burrito. Both were excellent.
