not sure when it moves, but jam is now up with a beautiful Hamptons style fit out. it is a very nice place to retreat on a hot day, with art plants hanging on the deck and large windows that leave natural light and a view of the road below. eating is average, reminds of a time before hipsters changes the breakfast. very simple offers such as speck and ei toastie, cheese and ham croissant and of course, eggs benny, which for once I decided not to rehearse as I suspect it would be average. I chose a simple sourded with (a scrap of) avo, (very white, not high quality eggs) rührei and smoked salmon. again it is all very average food undoubtedly from the local super market, not attract the food,...
