not sure when it moves, but jam is now up with a beautiful Hamptons style fit out. it is a very nice place to retreat on a hot day, with art plants hanging on the deck and large windows that leave natural light and a view of the road below. eating is average, reminds of a time before hipsters changes the breakfast. very simple offers such as speck and ei toastie, cheese and ham croissant and of course, eggs benny, which for once I decided not to rehearse as I suspect it would be average.
