I took my daughter and her friends to this restaurant for her birthday dinner and we had an amazing time. The food was tasty and the 'cosmic ballet' cocktail was a standout! Even though it was busy, the staff were very attentive and suggested a drink that I really enjoyed. My daughter and her friends come here often and I will definitely be coming back with my friends to sample more cocktails from the menu. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful evening!
i went on a girls trip and was recommended to go here by a friend. best decision of the whole trip!! really friendly atmosphere and all staff were really accommodating, they recommend some lovely cocktails for me, and even ended returning the day after to have some of their delicious food and more drinks. definitely would go again and would also recommend for affordable and quality cocktails!!
THE BEST BRUNCH I’VE EVER HAD! Writing this review as we sit here. We brought our dog and it’s been the best customer service. Currently onto our 3rd bottle of Prosecco for bottomless brunch. The food was to die for and both plates cleared. We can’t wait to come back again. Fantastic food, even better service if that’s possible. Shoutout to the lovely host in the dungarees :
Went here yesterday evening for some food with a couple mates, we each had some variation of beef or chicken burgers and fries which were delicious and scoffed down in minutes. Stayed for a few pints, one of which was flat but the staff were helpful and sorted it straight away. Nice food, nice vibe. Will likely be back next time we’re around jesmond. I booked a table at Jam Jar to celebrate my 21st birthday, but it was a regrettable decision. The staff were rude to me and my friends as soon as we arrived. They did not come to check on us during our meal, and one of the cocktails we ordered had remnants of food in it. It was a disappointing experience all around.
I went to Jam Jar tonight and, as usual, the drinks and food were outstanding. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with attentive staff. The cocktail menu has a diverse selection of tasty options made with fresh fruit and beautiful garnishes. Kudos to the team at Jam Jar, keep up the excellent work!
I had a fantastic time at Jam Jar, the atmosphere was great and all the staff were enthusiastic and attentive. The food and drinks were all delicious and I would definitely return the next time I am in Newcastle.
We went for my friends 21st meal and they couldn’t have been more rude if they tried. Put a major damper on the night Unclean glasses and when confronted did not apologise or remake. Never going back Réservez une table maintenant
