If you're first in line, please inform customers if they have to wait for 8 minutes. I waited quietly, then came the payment—sorry, we don’t accept credit cards. As a customer, I respected that and pulled out $100, only to be told they don’t accept bills over $50. Overall, the service was poor from greeting to payment. I’m giving 2 stars for the juice because I love it, but zero stars for the service.
I tried Jamba Juice for the first time and was really impressed. The young man who assisted me was incredibly patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. I appreciated him explaining the different juices. If you're looking for delicious cold juice and friendly service, I highly recommend stopping by to enjoy a great atmosphere and excellent service.

I was disappointed to find that a smoothie shop doesn't have almond milk available. Not everyone can consume dairy, and coconut milk has a distinct flavor that not everyone enjoys. The customer service was also underwhelming. I probably won't be coming back.
At Jamba, the employees are unfriendly, always rushed, and unhelpful if you need assistance with their app or want a receipt. Don’t expect much support when navigating their menu either.
My top picks are the Orange Berry Bliss and the Strawberry Surf Rider. I also really enjoy the Energy Shot with a chaser!
