Jamba Juice is a chain known for its plant-based smoothies. Situated in the Rosemead Plaza near the 10 freeway, the store is compact but offers some tables and chairs for dining. The interior is bright, clean, and well-organized. The staff was friendly, skilled, and professional. Additionally, the prices were reasonable. They serve smoothies in four different sizes: 10 oz, 16 oz, 22 oz, and 28 oz. I tried the Greens n' Ginger smoothie, which features a blend of lemonade, kale, mango, ginger, and peaches. It was delicious, flavorful, and packed with nutrition, with a refreshing hint of lemonade. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this Jamba Juice location.
I come here almost every day for a PB banana whey protein smoothie with EXTRA banana. I'm getting frustrated having to pay nearly a dollar more for extra banana when they sometimes forget to add it entirely. I can always tell when they skip it because the texture is noticeably different without the extra banana. I ask for extra banana for a reason—specifically for the texture of the smoothie—and yet I keep getting shortchanged. This has happened more than once. If anyone from the management reads these reviews, please make sure your employees understand what "EXTRA" truly means.
This restaurant is fantastic! The staff are amazing and consistently deliver excellent service. I often order their oatmeal, and it’s always delicious. You should definitely try them out for their fast and efficient service! I hope I spelled her name right, but Jaylene is an outstanding team member. If I got her name wrong, I truly apologize.

I wouldn't recommend ordering oatmeal at Jamba. Every time I've tried, they first say it's not ready, then later admit they've run out. Can they really run out in just 10 minutes? If they don't intend to serve it, they should remove it from the menu. Additionally, the customer service is rather rude.
