I had the prime acai bowl on Saturday, May 1, around noon, and it was fantastic! It looked beautiful, and all the ingredients were arranged perfectly. However, I’m giving it four stars instead of five because, despite the staff being hardworking, the wait time was extremely long. There weren't many customers ahead of me, but I noticed they were preparing multiple smoothies to take to the back. Additionally, nearly $10 for such a small bowl isn't something that will make me want to come back more than a few times a year as a treat. The prime acai bowl I got Saturday, May 1 at noon was on point! It looked beautiful. All the ingredients were presented in excellent proportions. I'm taking a star bc despite having a large number of staff that did seem to be hard working, the wait was SOO long. There werent many people waiting, but I noticed they were making several smoothies and taking them to the back. Also, nearly $10 for tiny bowl isnt something that is going to have me rushing back more than a few times a year as a treat. I just left this restaurant about 10 minutes ago, and I have to say the atmosphere was quite unpleasant. I waited for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence or letting me know they would be with me shortly. I felt like I was a nuisance, as one person was busy washing dishes, another seemed preoccupied with something else, and yet another was making an order and roughly slamming things on the counter. I understand that things can get hectic and overwhelming, but they are in the customer service business. Unfortunately this location has really gone down hill.It used to be great when their manager, Pono, was still here. However, congratulations to him on his new endeavor! We are so happy for him.The entirely new staff seem clueless and are very impolite.The last 4 times I’ve been here they have been unable to make multiple items due to a lack of ingredients.Definitely a management and hiring problem going on.It used to be such a joy coming in with happy faces, music, good vibes, and drink availability.Now I dread when my kids want Jamba. I was disappointed with my visit to Jamba Juice. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by only one staff member who did not acknowledge my presence. I waited in hopes of receiving some assistance or even a friendly greeting, but unfortunately, none came. After a few minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. The absence of customer service made my experience at Jamba Juice quite unsatisfactory.
