Guy w the backwards trucker hat needs to be trained on acknowledgment. Comes out from the back, sees me standing there, completely ignores me but does a big loud hello when the next customer walked in. Another kid w glasses needs to be trained on customer service: he also comes from the back, sees me, says hello, but doesn't ask if I need help til a minute later. Shout out to the cashier girl who acknowledged and gave me a welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Thank you!

I am quite disappointed with the management at this Jamba location. They often lack essential items, like cups and fruit. The staff frequently stand idly without greeting customers upon arrival. The dim atmosphere makes it difficult to see if anyone is actually on duty. You may find yourself waiting for someone to emerge from the back to take your order. The management at this Jamba is horrible. They almost never have anything in stock whether or be cups or fruit. The employees just stand around and don't greet you when you enter. It is always dimly lit and you can never tell if anyone is working whenyou enter the building. You have to wait around before someone comes out of the back to take your order. It's been like this formonths now, I won't be returning.
This Jamba Juice location is one of my favorites, mainly because of the fantastic staff. The place is always clean, and Edgar is consistently prompt and ready to take orders. In fact, he often remembers my order nearly every time I visit, which is impressive! I appreciate the wonderful experience. I go to Jamba Juice every day, and you all make it so convenient! John and Pelekai the manager give me a great service friendly and told me to use the app that I didn't know to get points location is clean. Make sure to either call twice or pick up your order in person. I called ahead to ensure they didn’t include mangoes because I'm allergic, but they still added them to my drink without any concern for my health. To make matters worse, they didn’t blend it properly either.
