I'm not one to really write reviews but this got me the wrong way. I like to go to Jamba in the mornings to grab something before work. I like to get a peanut butter jelly smoothie. The employees have always been very kind to make it for me or write it down and do it. I really appreciated it. However, today whoever is working there was rude (around 8:30am). Unfortunately, I did not get his name. I asked if he could make the smoothie and he said no. I was showing him my phone to show the ingredients and just said no, don't have the ingredients. He was so curt about it. He didn't offer any suggestions or explain, just a no. He didn't even specify what they didn't have the berries, yogurt, milk...
This is our go-to Jamba store. I've always enjoyed their smoothies, but ever since I found out that their "Orange Dream Machine" tastes just like an Orange Julius—something that was much more common in my childhood—I introduced my husband to it and we've become regulars here. While I can make a decent smoothie at home, these can get a bit pricey. However, I can't replicate the unique flavor of this one; I actually prefer it over Orange Julius. I've recommended this flavor to several friends, and they all love it. Unfortunately, I keep stumbling upon delicious treats here that are hard to resist but not quite within my budget.
The staff at this restaurant was unhelpful. I placed an order through the mobile app 10 minutes in advance because it was on my delivery route. When I arrived at the pick-up area, the workers seemed to ignore me. After waiting for 6 minutes, they finally asked if I was waiting for an order. I gave them my name, only for them to reveal that my order had been ready the whole time in a cooler. This was frustrating as I was in a hurry. To make matters worse, the drink I ordered was terrible and I ended up throwing half of it away.
The smoothies were delicious, but the service left something to be desired. The person who answered my call was pleasant, but when it came time to pay, he walked away, and another employee—who seemed a bit off—took my money without saying a word. Come on, Jamba Juice, let's improve the customer experience!

Amanda with a C is the absolute best!!! I live in Virginia. I met her at the local Jamba Juice and she helped me find my can opener. You won't believe where it was! She saved my marriage! She's a life saver and goes the extra mile!! Corporates needs to give her a raise!!!
Google says they close at 9:30pm, I get there at 9 to find out they're closing early along with other potential customers that came to the door just to be disappointed. Not sure why they're closing early...
All jamba juice locations are great. I recommend getting ginger shots or wheat grass shots. Also try to aim on getting juices and not the frozen stuff.
The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, and they take COVID-19 safety protocols very seriously. I will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant is fantastic, my order was taken promptly and there were no issues at all.
