I'm not sure what's happening at this location. First, they were closed due to a broken blender. After waiting a while, I returned only to find a sign on the door saying their freezer was down and they were running low on supplies. I tried calling to ask if they had the drink I wanted, but no one answered the phone. When I went inside, the place was empty and the employee was just standing at the register—she wasn't assisting anyone or making drinks. It doesn't make sense that they couldn't pick up the phone. If they were low on supplies, why were they even open? This is really poor customer service.
I only go to this Jamba Juice when Sylvia is working because she is the kindest employee at this location. She is always helpful and polite, patiently answering all my questions whenever I want to try something new. I recommend this store to my friends and family because of her friendly attitude and outstanding customer service. I've even made a new friend here, and I now find myself coming back every day! To the management: you have an amazing employee in Sylvia. I give this place 5 stars for excellent service, delicious drinks, and a warm atmosphere.
This Jamba Juice is awful! The last two times I visited, my order was delivered incorrectly. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me, and I was made to wait without any update or confirmation about my order. The staff thanked me for my patience before I could even place my order. There were two employees there, but only one was making drinks, and she took her time while the other seemed to be doing who knows what in the back. They just don't seem to be in a hurry at all.
Despite having four staff members, they didn't start processing our order until five minutes had passed. Two of them were on their phones instead of taking care of the orders. Throughout the ordering process, they continually interrupted their work to chat with each other. What should have taken no longer than five minutes ended up taking over ten minutes. The focus seemed to be more on personal conversations than on serving customers efficiently.

I used to frequent this restaurant when I lived nearby, but my recent experiences have been disappointing due to the poor service. The staff was somewhat rude and seemed to work slowly, even with only four customers in the place. They didn't greet me with a smile, didn’t say welcome, and didn’t even thank me after I paid. I'm not sure if I would return.
Step inside for a refreshing drink! The interior is beautifully adorned for Halloween, creating a delightful atmosphere for kids. They provide a healthy take on breakfast that tastes so delicious, you won't even notice it's good for you. Enjoy your time here!
I'm really surprised by how frequently they run out of ingredients. I've visited at least three times, and each time they've been out of straws, peanut butter, and several other items. It's hard to believe! La Verne always seems to have a full stock.
