Every time we stop here they are out of something, last time it was cups, so we got served our smoothies in paper cups, this time it was pineapple. The staff seem miserable and are not helpful. Almost as if they are trying to talk you out of ordering. When I went to order, they said they were out of an ingredient for my drink, I asked if there was a substitute I could add, the employee just responded no didn 't offer suggestions or options. When I then named adding more of another ingredient they responded with fine Not how I have ever experienced a Jamba Juice. I would highly recommend going out of your way to the one in Oakland or Alameda. This place will ruin your day.
Just had a horrible experience at his place I'm a customer and love it but i went there doing door dash and i asked to use the restroom And the cashier told me the restroom was just for customers and i was I'm customer so anyways Need to be moreeducated Just lost a customer and whole family
This is NOT an impartial opinion. I have been a huge fan of Jamba J. since I stumbled into their first store in S.L.O Everything they sell is good for you. Everything I have tried is delicious. Do not hesitate. Get Juiced by Jamba.

The place is dirty, and the lady with the long lashes at the register is RUDE! Plus the owner of the franchise needs to see how much food goes to waste!!!!!
The young lady that helped me today was awesome but the guy was not very friendly , he seemed like he was tired or ready to go no very communitive.
