I walked in and wasn't greeted at all. One employee came out of the restroom and explained that someone had thrown up, then propped the door open to take our order without washing her hands. Another employee went into the restroom after we placed our order and also left the door open while she seemed to be struggling, then ran out of the bathroom. This was very unprofessional. I didn't see either of them wash their hands; just wearing gloves doesn’t ensure cleanliness when making smoothies. I was overall very disappointed—the counters and tables weren't wiped down, and there were no other customers in sight.
The menu has changed, and there are very few juice options available. The OG juice ran out by 3 PM today, which is understandable since it was a holiday. I tried a shot of wheatgrass and a ginger shot (with orange juice, lemon, and ginger). The wheatgrass didn't impress me at all; in fact, it tasted quite mediocre, and that's saying something since I rarely feel that way about food. The Gotyamacha was decent, but nothing extraordinary.
The price they have up on the board does not reflect the prices they charge (differece of $1 before taxes). When I asked about the price discrepancy I was told the price is the price . They told me they don 't really change the price of their boards oftenand they dont honor those prices. : Kind of disappointed. Wish they were more transparent. Please change your boards if theprices have changed.
