I typically enjoy this Jamba Juice location, but on Sunday, May 28th, the staff had difficulty preparing the drinks correctly. They were so diluted that they were nearly undrinkable. Although the staff was courteous and delivered great service, the quality of the drinks was disappointing and warrants only one star.
I paid extra but received less than expected, and I won't be returning. The large 32oz cup (with a serving size of 28oz) only contained a 2oz cup, so it's obvious that over 4oz is missing. On top of that, I paid for extra pineapple, but it looks like they forgot to include it. What a disappointment!
Having trainees working on a busy Saturday wasn’t the best decision. I waited 18 minutes for a Jamba Juice that was painfully watered down. It had the texture of water, not a smoothie at all. This was by far my worst experience at Jamba Juice.
I visited Jamba Juice about two and a half weeks ago to get an Orange Dream smoothie and a Peanut Butter Banana shake, and we were both very pleased. The wait time was also quite short. Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely love the pomegranate paradise smoothie, strawberry whirl, peach perfection, and mango at this restaurant. The kids' blueberry strawberry option is also really delicious.
Be sure to place your order ahead of time. Your food will be prepared and ready for pickup without delay. The staff is both efficient and friendly.
The drinks were fantastic! The cold brew was bold and delicious. I will definitely be trying this place again. The cashier was also very friendly.
Jamba Juice in Pinole has the most amazing employees and delicious juices. I can't recommend them enough—definitely a 5-star experience! Réservez une table maintenant
The smoothie was fantastic! I just wish it were more budget-friendly so I could indulge more often than just every six months.
