I’m curious as to why there was only one employee working at the Jamba store during the Black Friday rush at the outlet mall. I believe his name is Mike, and he did his best to serve every customer. Unfortunately, he was the only person there to manage the large crowd. Despite the long line, he was working solo and did not have any support. I’m giving three stars solely because of his efforts; he truly deserves a bonus for his hard work. The management should think about scheduling shifts more reasonably in the future.
Slow and rude service. There were only 2 to 3 customers in the store and I was told they couldn 't take my order when I was already in line for 5 minutes. When I challenged them and the girl said Do you want to go to the back and see how many blenders we have to wash? Then the guy at the cash registered explained they could take my order but it would take 5-15 minutes. Definitely a poor first time experience and would never return to the store. Not sure how they survive at a busy outlet.
I gave this restaurant one star due to my frustrating experience. I specifically ordered a peanut butter banana protein shake with soy milk, but they got my drink wrong twice. By the second mistake, I felt I had no choice but to accept it instead of insisting they fix it again, as I didn’t want to come off as rude. To make matters worse, the girl who made my drink was wearing AirPods, and the other girl who took my order clearly didn’t hear me correctly.
The service was very slow; it took over 15 minutes to get a drink, and the place wasn't even busy. I ordered a large drink, but they almost gave me a medium instead. One of the staff members was on her phone with earbuds in, having an argument and telling someone to "shut the f*** up." The customer service was terrible. Please take personal calls on your lunch break.

This was the first time trying this kind beverage and is going to be the last one,it tastes like chemicals oh and tons of sugar.

The açaí bowl had very little smoothie and was excessively watery. It was not enjoyable at all.
