Janessa was by far the worst employee I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of encountering. Not only was she unaware that Jamba Juice offers turmeric, but she also argued with us even after we mentioned that we always request it in our smoothies. When we called over Eduardo—who was the only positive employee we interacted with—he confirmed to her that they indeed had turmeric. After that, they seemed to overcompensate by overfilling my Orange C Booster to the point where they had to add extra liquids just to get it to blend. This place is definitely a great choice when you're not in the mood for coffee or other caffeinated drinks. They also offer some delicious food options, including a new sweet and savory pretzel, as well as a cheddar twist pastry that looks tempting. Our go-to drinks are the Caribbean Passion, Orange Dream Machine, Peach Pleasure, and White Gummy! If you're in the mood for something more indulgent and sweet, you should try the Peanut Butter or Chocolate Moo'd drinks—they're perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth!
I came in to order a Golden Tumeric drink, but the guy who I think was the manager informed me that they were out of turmeric spice. He assured me they could still make the drink, and I was a bit unsure. However, he encouraged me to give it a try, saying if I didn’t like it, they could make me something else. Wow, I absolutely loved it—it was really good! Thank you! Oh, and I also have to mention that the young employee was incredibly quick at preparing the drinks; he didn’t waste any time!

I consistently receive excellent customer service at this location! Today, I arrived to pick up an online order placed by someone else, only to find out it was meant for a different Jamba Juice across town. However, the staff quickly reassured me that it was no problem and offered to make the order for me right there! I can't express how grateful I am for their willingness to help and save me an extra trip. I highly recommend visiting this place!
The customer service here is always fantastic! Today, I arrived to pick up an online order that someone else had placed, only to find out it was actually for a different Jamba Juice location across town. Without any hesitation, they said no problem and promised to get it there. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated them saving me an extra trip. I definitely recommend coming to this location.
I visited the Jamba Juice on Hulsey Way two days ago and ordered the White Gummi. Nevaeh, who assisted me, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. It was the first time in a long while that I felt so comfortable and welcomed walking into a store! The cleanliness was impressive, and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be returning soon!
