Arrogant staff that doesn’t want to help, can’t fill out the Form because you don’t have a german postcode or speak perfect and loud german? Better leave they don’t want you. Obviously one dumb child who doesn’t want to help and tells you to ‘you...should learn german’ probably doesn’t represent the whole place but that is the problem with staff not clever enough they are representing a restaurant. Ironically my german seems to be fine for everybody else, but usually i talk to adults.
Ordered drinks with the burgers and had to ask for it times and only got drinks for out of people. We never got the remaining drinks even though we asked several different servers. We asked for the bill several times but...that also took a long time. The server became angry when we complained about the bad service and we still had to pay the full price. The burgers were fine but our experience with the service made it a bad experience.
The restaurant is very loud and jam packed as it is situated on the tourist route. The personnel is friendly but not very attentive to guests. It took attempts and almost an hour to get my classic burger with fries, receipt was messed up...and I had to pay for someone else’s order! All in all a good place to eat.
What a surprise.totally unexpected.the decor is young and urbanic.everything is recycled. The food is freshly made.although no english menu,we managed to understand.the Portobello. Burger was amazing. My family enjoyed the burgers.it was finished too quickly.the lemonade with mint was fresh.highly recommend Réservez une table maintenant
Definitely recommend this place for a Burger. Great service and the Burgers are amazingly good. And I'm telling you that being well travelled all over the world. I would like to visit it again and can only recommend this place as a must.
This is my favourite burger place in Frankfurt! Bit pricy but worth it. Unfortunately they stopped delivering to some post codes like the Europaviertel. Anyway, try the Cheeseexplosion
I’ve had burgers all over the world and can say without a doubt that the burgers here are the best! If you’re in Frankfurt you should definitely try it out.
Lovely warm atmosphere, with amazing burgers, simple but divine. Well priced. The sweet potato chips were a great side, and the lemon mint lemonade. Réservez une table maintenant
I think the Jamy's burger is the best burger restaurant I have visited in germany, when you visit them you should try the spicy burger
