There wasn't a single piece of game meat there. Except liver and processed as sausage in a jar. The saleswoman was very taciturn. When I asked if there was anything from wild boar, the answer was no. Nothing else. When I asked if she knew when there would be game again, the answer was: no. She only knows what will happen when she comes to work. She doesn't know when there will be hunting. Very strange. You probably don't need to go there anymore. And the advertising should probably be limited to just Jasmunder Rind.
Excellent quality, the venison sausages, beef crackers and deer crackers are super tasty! The service was very friendly and competent. I will come back and try more products. I can't understand the negative reviews from others. Game butchering is about hunting quotas and not about MASS LIVESTOCK KEEPING AND SLAUGHTER!!! We shopped there 2 weeks ago. We have already tasted the beef crackers and the game salami and are thrilled. Super seasoned, that's how it should taste. The goulash and ox cheeks are still frozen, we hope they taste just as good.
