Jason's Deli - Réservation de table

I placed a curbside order online on August 7, 2023, scheduled for 2:45 PM. When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. I went inside, and the cashier informed me that my order hadn't come through yet. I received no further explanation and was simply told my order wasn't processed. I decided to sit by the counter and wait, but it took another 20 minutes for someone to bring me my order, with no apology or explanation from the server. When I got home, I discovered that my plain baked potato was missing the butter and chives. I ordered the Reuben on a croissant and it was absolutely packed and delicious! The kitchen prepared it quickly and with care. I noticed and appreciated how the manager worked diligently alongside his team. The location is fantastic, and I highly recommend it—definitely a 10/10! Be sure to try the root beer float as well! This restaurant used to be fantastic, but it has unfortunately declined over the last few months. The food quality has been disappointing, and my orders have been incorrect about half the time. It's really unfortunate, and I'm hoping they can improve. I won't be dining or placing orders here anymore. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Went there a little after 11 today. Waited in line over 10 minutes to order while the 1 person taking orders was on the phone I assume taking an order. I finally left and went somewhere else. They usually have at least 2 people taking orders. Service: 1 Réservez une table maintenant

Austin and the rest of the staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that they offer a good variety of options. The food is consistently delicious, and the restaurant is always well-maintained.

Respectfully, this Jason’s Deli slapped! There was not one moment when the salad bar was disorderly. It was clean. The employees are friendly. Also, I think this was the original Jason’s Deli??
