Jason's Deli - Réserver une table

I was subjected to a bait-and-switch tactic on my last visit. I was asked to redeem a single-use digital promotion that I paid for in front of the staff before they would honor it, as expected, but then they refused to honor it for no reason.This is a yearly promotion that Jason's Deli voluntarily participates in and it costs money for customers to be part of this rewards program.Very disappointing and deceitful behavior from a business.

Nice deli, food was good. We tried it out since it showed they had Gluten-free options. The menu states it's gluten free options are not for Celiac individuals. We had a Celiac person with us. They have baked potatoes, which was a good option for our Celiac individual. I'm just not sure how much cross contamination there is. So overall, it's not the best option if you have Celiacs.

I used to loooove Jason's Deli. It's was my favorite go to spot when I'm in Des Moines. Sadly, the quality has gone downhill. My food was bland, soup was cold, bread tasted stale/hard. I was incredibly disappointed and confused. I have no idea what happened my last visit, but it was like a complete 360 from the other times I've been here.

Many choices--soups, sandwiches, salads. Need to go back and try more! Roomy seating.

Gotta get the new York Yankee. Team sucks but sandwich is a sure bet to not be
