Nous étions sept personnes. La salle à manger située au dernier étage est très agréable. Le menu du jour, très varié, est très riche, avec un salmorejo spectaculaire. La merluza était un peu sèche, dommage car c’était un bon filet. La serveuse semblait pressée de débarrasser. Nous avons commandé un autre vin, meilleur que celui inclus dans le menu, qui a été facturé en supplément. Je ne sais pas si c’est justifié.
Nous avons commandé un peu de tout au menu de Jasse La, et tout était délicieux. Le tartare de bœuf accompagné de glace à la moutarde était tout simplement exquis. L’ambiance est agréable et le service charmant. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant.
Nous avons mangé il y a quelques jours, la nourriture était impressionnante mais la meilleure attention était celle de Luismi, nous reviendrons.
