As a muslim woman who is reluctant to go to cafes to work due to the limitations of finding somewhere to pray, I was humbly taken aback by the kind gesture made by the staff members (Paul and Arielle) at Java Joe who provided me with the utmost comfortability to perform my prayers. He even offered to block off an area for me. This meant more than words can express. From the 5* warm service of the staff to the amazing coffee (caramel latte) and food (which is brought to your table). This is hands down going to be my go to cafe from now on. It's always a pleasure to visit Java Joe. A warm and friendly coffee shop with excellent selection of terrific produce. You can choose from a wide selection of great drinks, such as coffee, tea, chai latte, smoothies as well as many other drinks, both hot and cold and periodically a terrific choice of special drinks are added to the menu. You can also satisfy your hunger with a wide selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, snacks and sweet treats, both hot and cold, all expertly served by some of the most wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional baristas around!

Latte amazing drive-through staff may benefit from training ie thank you please smile The Branson way ie not just about coffee , make it an experience no napkin with coffee perhaps understaffed?? A huge improvement from last week great welcome and service snd therefore only fair to give you 5 stars keep it up

Driven past this place for years and gone to a well known chain. But this has to be the best coffee shop in the area. Coffee and smoothies are great and the breakfast bagels or spot on. Service is good and if you want somewhere comfortable to sit, the inside is nice, clean and open. Highly recommend Réservez une table maintenant

Shame about the lack of bagels on 2 occasions so was unable to get a breakfast meal. Maybe ok if you visit later than early morning, but lack of breakfast items at breakfast times needs to be fixed.

Stopped for 2 flat whites while staying in Bradford. Thought the coffee was made by an inexperienced person as foam on top was cold and just lacked the required depth of quality for the price.

Brown sugar latte has virtually no brown sugar in it and tastes like a basic iced Latte. Staff are reluctant to make your drink the way you like it.

First time drive through. Given the Wrong coffee and a muffin that must have been days old, dry and ended up in the bin. Won’t be going back Réservez une table maintenant
