Jaya's Indian Cuisine

Thank you Tina for taking such good care of us, even though it was almost closing time. The food was excellent, with a unique Indian flavor that really shows the heart and soul put into it. I have dietary restrictions, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a safe and delicious meal. Two thumbs up! There are plenty of vegetarian options available, and they are willing to accommodate replacements. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ample space to move freely, including in the bathrooms. There are also options for those with dietary restrictions such as vegetarian and gluten-free.

My second time here, this has quickly become the meeting place for my mother and I, we live 3 hrs apart, and southern pines is a halfway point for us. Jaya and her husband remembered us from the one time we were there months ago! The food is amazing, and Jaya is so accommodating! My mom loves the food but has difficulty with spice and Jaya makes sure to make dishes my mom can handle. They're so friendly and kind, their food should speak for itself, truly delicious, but the fact that these people are so wonderful is a pleasant bonus! We will be back again, and again, and again!

The customer service and quality of food are top notch! We’d ordered takeout from the old location before, but today was our first time dining in at the new location downtown. Our server was so lovely she took her time checking in with us and was very kind and attentive.

First time eating here and got take out. Fiancé and I had the lamb korma, coconut chicken curry and garlic naan. SO GOOD! Don’t know why it took us so long to get there since moving to the town recently but we really enjoyed it and everyone there is really nice!

I had the butter chicken, rosemary naan, and a Masala chai, and also split vegetable samosas with my friends. This was one of the most delicious meals I've ever had. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable and a great place to converse for a long time.

excellent! we are happy to have such an incredible and authentic culinary gem here in South Pines. that was exquisite. atmosphere really felt special. friendly and cleanliness also from the charts. this will be a weekly contract for our family.

we had dinner at jaya tonight and it was fantastic! we have always loved jaya, take location, but I swear that this is more than a crab above – probably because it is not sitting in a togo box. the hunch. more

The food was amazing, the atmosphere was charming, and the owner and his daughter were delightful. They provided excellent recommendations for both food and wine. I highly recommend this restaurant!

although I still recommend it, I had a problem with my last order. I ordered the curry goat and warned that she had boned. I have no problem with my meat with bones. I did. more
