Jay's Pizza Eats (congers)

The restaurant has good food, but there have been issues with the service. I experienced being overcharged and had to return for a refund, which initially was denied. Despite giving them another chance months later by ordering online through their website, my order was not ready when I arrived. Despite showing the confirmation email, the staff claimed they had not received the order. After a phone call, they said they would deliver it but did not offer any refund or discount. I am no longer willing to return to this restaurant, which is a shame because the food is decent.

Tried Jay's for the first time and it totally surpassed my expectations. I've tried previous pizza by various ownerships there and this is by FAR the best pizza there in a long time.. happy to have DELICIOUS pizza in Congers.. I ordered the Jays Specialty Pizza, garlic parm wings, happy shrimp salad sweet sweet for dessert and everything was delicious ! will definitely be ordering from now on

I have to say, ever since they opened here, it has consistently been a fantastic experience! The food is always fresh and the Jay Quadrat special dish is truly the best! It's great to have a good pizza place in this area. I highly recommend giving it a try. P.S. The burgers are amazing!

I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza for delivery to my doorstep. The pizza was delicious and the delivery person was very polite. I will definitely be ordering from this place again! Thank you for the great food and service!
