the best of the day. a real wonder to have eaten there today, what a pleasant surprise... we stopped by chance. We went for a family walk with some friends, and parked the cars there. magnificent food, fantastic deal, and what a good deal we've been talking about and meeting didier and vero. Two amazing people with a lot to tell and they picked us up at their house the best way. We would never have thought of finding a place like this in plumes, much less with a chef with the experience and experiences of didier. Thank you very much!... both, and a bouquet that was in everything and attended us wonderfully. We will repeat, and we will aim at some of the themed nights! by the way, What happen...
Este restaurante brinda al comensal una experiencia gastronómica con mucho sabor y con un precio algo salado. Los champiñones rellenos son una de sus especialidades junto al pimiento relleno de carne. La mouse de chocolate es deliciosa: Recuerden que no acepta tarjeta de crédito y la carta no tiene precios fijos. De hecho, la ‘picante’ cuenta viene escrita a mano alzada. El servicio delicado de Veronique con el maestro belga Didier a los fogones son un aderezo fundamental del Mozart, que desafina una pizca en los precios, pero que vale la pena probar en alguna ocasión.
we were looking for a place to lunch (late) and came across the jazz club mozart without great expectations. but we were so wrong. eating is absolutely divine. the chef uses local products and makes his own chorizzo and cured sausages....A quieter and elevated place for the unexpected. the chef and his wife run the restaurant and are super friendly and very professional. merci beaucoup!
the eating is fab, immaculately clean, the owner gave us a tour through the kitchen and he showed us to make it all, even the brot is made to house. 100% fresh and made to eat home. it's a must.

homemade pate. high-level kitchen in plumbing by didier vanderstappen. all of this straightened with excellent environmental music (rock, jazz, soul), and close and pleasant treatment.
