Jb Hook's - Réservation de table

The place is beautiful and in a great location, but we were underwhelmed with the food, the plating, and the pieces of meat. I had a $50 grouper filet, and it came out a deep-fried fish stick with nothing on the plate but it. The filet mignon was a half inch thick and poorly butchered and came out on a giant plate by itself. Off the pan and on a plate. The bill was $200! We had a beer each. The tuna appetizer was ok, but the entire experience was not worth the money. Zero effort on the chefs part.

The food and service were wonderful! The restaurant was booked when we called yesterday but 20 minutes later we received a call back, from Eric, that they had a cancellation so we were excited to get in on New Year's Eve. Our table was by the window with a view of Lake Ozark and Justin, our server, was exceptional. Delicious food and drinks made our New Year's Eve memorable. We will go back when we return to Lake of the Ozarks. Thank you JB Hooks!

Christmas company dinner wouldn't have been as great without the fantastic experience we had at jb hooks! From the Christmas decor to the delicious appetizers that had the whole crew planning their return to jb hooks before the entrées arrived. Our waitress made sure we had a great experience and passed on some of her favorite dishes that we ended up really enjoying. Thanks JB Hooks,wel be back!

The ahi tuna was amazing you get a delicious sauce to dip it in and ginger slices. There's a full bar. Soft music playing, and the best view of the Lake. The crab salad cakes were great, too. Réservez une table maintenant

Wife's birthday dinner present. Our server was top notch! She was very friendly, and informative. She kept drinks full, empty plates were removed promptly, and the ambience was prefect.

Normally, this place is a five stars across the board. Tonight, roast beef in French dip was dried out, or processed, not fresh. Quite disappointed.

Went for happy hour this past fall, the absolute best view on the lake. The food cannot be any better, cannot wait to come back
