Came here while visiting the NYC area. Very good food, friendly service, good price. It was nice to go out to a dinner for two and have a quality experience for less than $100.00 (including drinks! My wife loved the Spinach Salad with Salmon, and I was pleased by a tasty Shepherd's Pie. The restaurant also was very nicely put together with beautiful darkwood trim and moulding and backlit stained glass, but not dim or oppressive. One of the prettier places I've been in the NYC area. Our son just started college here, so we'll be back periodically over the next four years. I'll get a Guiness next time...
Mr. Fogarty and his staff helped host a surpise party for my Sister and 28 of her family and friends. They couldn't have done a better job! I highly recommend if your are looking for a place to host a party look no further, JC Fogarty's is the place.
If you ever feel like being talked down to or treated like a subhuman, This is your place. Extremely arrogant owner/employees. We get it, you’re in Bronxville. No need to your POS side. Typical Democrat behavior.
Chicken soup and the scrod fish were salty. The potatoes were stale, the vegetables had a bit of freezer taste. The coffee was disappointing, but the apple pie was delicious.

We went for a private party. The food wasn't too great, the room was tiny and with 30 people it got very loud. The staff were great and kept everyone's drink full.
Food, service and choices of beer were good, did not need to wait to be served,,an relax atmosphere, great place to hangout with friends and watch football.
A fine classic New York Irish Pub. Nice vibe and excellent food. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this fine establishment.
Rehearsal dinner before a family wedding. John made it very easy to plan, and the evening couldn't have gone better.

I always enjoy my time at Fogarty's. The atmosphere feels cozy, and the food is quite good for bar fare.
Nice place music was a little too loud when having dinner.
