Good place to eat, wouldn't call it great. We had Conch Fritters for an Appetizer, they were good but were basically Hush puppies with a little bit of meat that we couldn't really taste. I would recommend just getting an order of Hush puppies for half the money. We shared the Davy Jones Locker platter with a baked potato and Cole slaw. The cole slaw was very disappointing, not much flavor to it. The platter was mostly great though, I didn't feel like the crab legs were the best but everything else on the platter was great.
It's your dive bar kinda seafood fried, grilled, or blackened. Flavor was a bit lacking on the special for a higher price point. My biggest peeve of any restaurant is always rice. Get a dedicated rice cooker and serve real rice. The pilaf tastes like boil in a bag. Staff was amazing though. I'd return and simply order something else. I'd probably have enjoyed the shrimp better.
