Third time I go to Jefferson?s and the first impression is still the same, terrible service, takes a long time for them to do anything; let me elaborate. We got there and sign says ?Please wait to be seated? waited for about 5 min before anyone would aknowledge us, mind you it was not full or busy and plenty of servers. Got seated, and it took about 12 min for someone to come and get our order of drinks, to which at that point we already decided what to eat. I ordered the Guacamole Chicken sandwich, it took another 25 min for the food to arrive. People who came way after us got their food first. When my sandwich got there, which from the picture you can see, there was barely any guacamole in...
Service was a great attempt... Wing super salty, never had a margarita with a pineapple hint... not what I asked served salad in hot plate, so it devastated, asked for water, it showed after a third time. Order a drink and it showed up almost finished with meal, not sure I would go back, but maybe it was a day free for everything to align... Servers and managers were helpful and replaced the salad with Fritten. Not exactly the healthiest choice, but had to eat something... good people but...
He waited 15 minutes to sit despite several empty tables. Apparently understated. We met our son in the bar area. The food arrived 50 minutes after sitting. Time. The food was Luke warm. Tasteful, but my black and Bleu Burger was very small. Ordered and alcoholic beverage arrived and finally arrived at the meal! Music bingo was not funny and the DJ was very not good. Spent $80 plus tip for 3 people. Don't let Jeffersons eat in the future. To eat much better places.
Everything was absolutely AMAZING! Food, service and atmosphere! Kaden and T Bush (Tiffany) made our experience worth it! To make sure everything was fresh and if we were satisfied. The foods and drinks were inexpensive and very delicious! We were blown away, just pulled out of Florida and would recommend Jefferson to ANY AND EVERYONE!
