Third time I go to Jefferson?s and the first impression is still the same, terrible service, takes a long time for them to do anything; let me elaborate. We got there and sign says ?Please wait to be seated? waited for about 5 min before anyone would aknowledge us, mind you it was not full or busy and plenty of servers. Got seated, and it took about 12 min for someone to come and get our order of drinks, to which at that point we already decided what to eat. I ordered the Guacamole Chicken sandwich, it took another 25 min for the food to arrive. People who came way after us got their food first. Came in here a dozen years ago when it was under a different name and it was awesome then. Came in this afternoon. Was seated right away, and Megan promptly waited on me . She was spot on. Friendly, and just a we bit of chat. Just what a customer wants in a waitress. Ordered fifteen wings, fries, and iced tea. Food came out fast. Caribbean jerk and Mango Habanero. Wings were very good. Could have been a little spicier for my taste, but we're still pretty good. Fries were a disappointment considering they charge $1.49 extra. Not impressed. Went there for mother's day. Cajun Oysters were super expensive $16 for half dozen) and came out dry and tasteless. The $15 Hamburger Steak was nothing more than a tiny 1/3 lb hamburger patty with a few mushrooms onions thrown on top. My wife only ate half of her Philly cheese steak because it tasted bad to her. Then, the free dessert they gave her for mother's day was disgusting. Their definition of peanut butter varies way different than mine. Their pie tasted like they mixed crunchy peanut butter with cream cheese and left out the sugar. Waited 15 minutes to be seated despite multiple empty table. Obviously understaffed. Seated us in the Bar area with our son. Food arrived 50 minutes after we were seated. Timed it. Food was Luke warm. Tasted great but my black and Bleu burger was verysmall. Ordered and alcoholic beverage on arrival and finally arrived mid meal! Music bingo was not fun and the DJ was very notgood. Spent $80 plus tip for 3 people. Have no plans to eat at Jeffersons in the future. Much better places to eat.

Everything was incredible! The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Kaden and T Bush (Tiffany) truly enhanced our experience by ensuring everything was fresh and checking in on our satisfaction. The food and drinks were affordable and absolutely delicious! We were really impressed, having just come from Florida, and we would recommend Jefferson to absolutely everyone!
I wanted oysters... but because of the storm they were out (recent hurricane) the ultimate loaded cheese fries... wow were they awesome. Filled me up too. Really nice restaurant . Wish i could have eaten more to give more of a review but wasn?t all that hungry. Really nicely decorated. Loved the theme. Wonderful service. Absolutely would recommend and would love to visit again.
Jefferson's is wonderful! The food and service are excellent! I'm from way out of town and wasn't sure what to expect, but let me say the burgers here put all others to shame! 10/10 would recommend!
This place has the largest and best overall tasting wings. Fried pickles are the bomb and the chicken quesidella was great. Ice cold beer and good mixed drinks.Food: 5/5
