very nice cafe/restaurant with seating inside and outside. they had two vegan options when we visited: flower flower cream and Syrian suppe. they only use organic ingredients, even if it sounds like nothing much, they were both delicious and very tasty. Unfortunately there are not many vegan options in weimar, so we were pleased to find this jewel in the middle of the city.

Das Essen in diesem Lokal ist hervorragend und super frisch, die Preise sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt vegane Gerichte und Gerichte, die man nicht so häufig antriff, das Brot ist ein Gedicht! Unbedingt ausprobieren.

when we were there today, only one of the three lunches offered were vegan. the suppe we got was delicious with many different types of sweet, but had no nuts. the brot was exceptional.

beautiful little caffe with vegan suppen options markedly. also served meat soups. all organic!
