The service is so nice, and the treats are obviously yummy, but they run out of stock so much and so frequently. It makes it hard to order from here unless you go at an inopportune time. I would think the franchise owner needs to purchase more product to sell and they absolutely would. It puts the staff in a bad position too, it must be so annoying to have to constantly say we 're sold out of XYZ.

Service has really gone downhill at the one on Red Bug Lake Road. The last 2 nights I went there approximately 50 minutes before closing. There was a long line of cars and people waiting at the window. It appeared only 2 people were working. They said there were more in the back cleaninup.

The drive-through service is always a bit slow and the prices are a bit high. The product is worth the weight and the price.
