I had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE dealing with the owner Bobby of New Indo Events (Jericho Palace) ! I booked Bobby last year to decorate my Wedding Venue. I ended up firing him because he was quite obnoxious and unprofessional. He actually made my wife cry over the phone and was very unapologetic. We fired Bobby because he refused to decorate our Wedding Hall as per our signed contract. He didn't want to give me my refund money back, but after I told him I'll file a lawsuit against him, he became compliant. The service was abysmal. During our first visit, they forgot to include the naan in our order. On our second visit, my husband went to pick up the food, and once again, the naan was missing. Now, on our third order, we specifically requested two separate servings of rasmalai, but the staff informed the owner that they had combined everything into one container with four pieces. Anyone familiar with Indian dining knows that each order of two pieces should come with its own serving of malai, enough for one person. Instead, this restaurant put two pieces in one container and claimed it was four, which left us with almost half a serving of malai. What a disappointment! The staff showed no remors...
Horrible service. 1st time we ordered they forgot the naan. Then 2nd time when my husband picked up the order, they forgot to put in the naan AGAIN. Now the 3rd time we ordered 2 separate orders of rasmalai but the person told the owner that she put 4 pieces in 1 container. If anyone is from India, they know that each order that contains 2 pieces should have the malai covered in it so that it would be good for 1 person. This restaurant puts 2 pieces and telling us it was 4 in 1 container and almost half a person's malai . Whaaaaaat? They were unapologetic and so NEVER AGAIN.
This review is based entirely on takeout. The chicken biryani was pleasantly spicy, and I would think about ordering it again. However, the chicken tikka masala was surprisingly sweet, lacked flavor, and was overly oily. I tried to remove some of the excess oil, but it didn’t help much. The jeera rice had more of a ghee flavor than anything else, but the naan was quite good.

Owner Bobby is very friendly and easy to work with, always reachable and ready to answer all questions. It's a very beautiful, spacious, clean, well maintained venue, with friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and ample parking. Our event here was a very enjoyable and overall wonderful experience. We highly recommend this venue to others.
Came here for a few events, the place is so dirty! Even at the beginning of an event or when they are showing it for a venue. They just don't clean it properly. The bathrooms are in the basement and those are so dirty and smelly also. The guy that they put to bartend, just wastes liquor. You are better off getting your own bartender.
I ordered food from this restaurant via Uber Eats, and when I opened the container, I discovered two roaches inside. I had specifically requested Gulab Jamun with ice cream.
Jericho were very nice when I called again to resolve. I received my food. Bobby was very willing and did resolve the issue.
