This place deserves negative stars. I had to set a star so I could do a post. The culinary experience is a dark establishment from the seventies. $50.00 was the bill. They gave me no napkins, and spices. When I was asking for contingencies. I was quite ignored by the gentleman who was there to cook the food. Finally, the young lady who took the orders. Put your phone down and offered help. The toilets are cruel. They also have a garbage can on the counter where the straws are held to the drinks. This is not a no for Me... they have bowls where I think they use them to keep Condiments before the Kovid 19 pandemic. They look dirty and have to be removed. And my provolone Cheese Steak Sub appar...
first this place is no longer a jerry 's . same exact menu but I 'm assuming they just don 't want to pay the franchising fee anymore and are just ripping off the menu. regardless, they falsely advertise extra meat or double meat in some of their sandwiches. then proceed to give you LESS than a normal amount. the large subs are about as thick as a large hotdog... they have items on their menu that are never available (fried jalapenos), even in the morning when the place opens. lastly, I placed an online order. email said It 'd be ready in 15-25min. I show up 27min later to the 90% empty store and the guy at the front standing around not doing jack. I ask for my pickup order and he hadn 't ev...
I would like to start with the fact that I am a connoisseur of subs. So I would like to state that the price of the subs that are sold do not match up I was very displeased when I received my sub to see that 1/8 of the sub was meat and fillings , by the time I finished my sub I was still left hungry even after the fries and two drinks. I will admit the special sauce gave it a nice twist but still did not equal to the value of the cost of the sub. The wings as well did not meet any standards of being old bay flavor I could not tell whether I was eating thai, tangy, or lemon pepper wings . This is last time I will visit a Jerry's establishment.
Yes. Other reviews have put it quite together. A kind of drab place and quiet. The food came out quickly. For 10 bucks I would assume that the cheese steak would be substantial, but it was mostly bread. Bread was at least good. Probably not come back. For the owners: you see that everyone complains about the lack of meat. Change that and I'd be a 4- or 5-star rating.

It was just on the edible side of gross. One of our subs wasn’t what we ordered, one wasn’t complete (see pic of the “ham and cheese sub,” missing cheese). The bread to filling ratio was off, and ham was weirdly bad-thick. The cheese fries tasted off; they were more mushy than fluffy, but still overcooked in places.
They made my crispy chicken sub completely wrong. It’s supposed to come with honey mustard, tomatoes, lettuce, and grilled onions, and I asked for pickles. They made it with mayo, raw onions and no pickles. Once they remade it, it was fine not the worst I’ve ever had but certainly not good. Won’t be back.

The worst sandwich I've ever had. Service wasn't good even though they weren't busy. Fountain didn't work properly. The atmosphere was like a cheap diner and not very clean. I'll never go there again.

Amazing customer service and outstanding food. The owner was extremely welcoming and the chicken steak and cheese sandwich was phenomenal. Highly recommend this place and would definitely go back.
This is a really good spot to get philly cheese steaks and Pizza. There prices are not bad. About $10 per person and it's always Fast.
