This was the worst experience EVER!!! At my job, we frequently spend a couple hundred dollars for lunch for orientees and other staff. Lately, though, the service has gotten increasingly bad. This last and final time my company and I went to the Bandywood Jersey Mike's, the attitudes of all the staff was deplorable, and they did not mark a single thing on any of the 15 sandwiches in our order. We didn't know whose sandwich was whose and not even what kind each sandwich was. My coworker who went to pick lunch up that day did announce to them that we would no longer be bringing them our business.
Great crew working here! They are always on the ball working quickly and efficiently to assemble your masterpiece of a sandwich. There are two things in particular that I like besides their work ethic. Number one is the fact that they actually slice the meat freshly right in front of you. The second is that besides the half or whole sub sandwich, they have a “Giant” sub that will feed four people. That is pretty impressive! The bread is also always baked fresh daily. I always go for the Italian sub when I eat there and it’s always good!
Ever since this place has gone under new ownership/management/renovation, it takes 2-3x longer to get an order (despite 3-4x the previous staff size) plus every mobile order is off by 15-45 minutes.I only share in hopes of helping improve service here.Pay these staff more incent then to kick tale, send those not interested to another restaurant.UPDATE: a week later I ordered the same order at the Thompson Lane location AND.... cheaper faster.?
I went in to get a roast beef sandwich I have allergies I asked the server to clean off the slicer properly but they didn't after asking twice i just walked out with out getting the sandwich and will keep this experience in mind next time i feel the urge of having Jersey Mike's . The last time I was here the server that attended me cleaned it off spik n span however this time I just had to walk away

I came into the restaurant with an order for six, ready to be embarrassed by holding up the others in line. To the contrary, the team at this Jersey Mike’s was incredible. The front line worked as a single team as I ordered, never seen anything like it. Very friendly, customer oriented operation.
Since the change in management, the quality has significantly declined. Most of the staff seem to be disengaged. I used to be very impressed with the young people who worked here and tipped generously because they were exceptional. Now, I visit just for a quick sandwich.
As for parking, it can be quite difficult during the day due to the nearby shops and another restaurant in the strip mall. The traffic can get chaotic, so I recommend arriving after 6 PM to avoid any hassles.
The freshly sliced Giant Italian Sub served “Mike’s Way” and also with “the juice”-oil and vinegar! Our favorite Italian sub of any of the chains! Delicious Cherry Pepsi at the self-serve soda fountain!
