The customer service at this location is horrible. I don?t know who own this location but you have to do better with teaching your staff about customer service skills. I?m tired of spending my where all you get is attitude from workers. I was in there onSunday and one particular young lady that was cutting the meat had an attitude problem. It?s too many young people working inthere with no real management on-site. When the store 1st opened, it was very good because they had REAL MANAGEMENT in thereoperating the store, good customer service and keeping the line flowing. I understand this location hires a lot of young people,but they need to teach them customer service skills and keep an ADULT...
I am handicapped and called my order in on the phone and a waiter came out to the car for payment and delivery of my food. After repeating my order 3 times, I was quite disappointed to have my order incorrect I didn 't even get one of my sandwiches at all.If I had lived closer, I would have taken my order back. Spending $70 and not being pleased was a slap. The branches inFlorida get a high score from me. On Ritchie Rd in Upper Marlboro, a 0 !
Finally finally finally I have a great review to share. You know I had a taste for it I don't live nowhere near it, but I will drive. It was clean the sandwich was delicious, they did pull their chips so I asked the girl, was the crew worth it? She said this was her first day. But as I seen them work I made sure to give each of them a tip. Great job crew keep up the good work, great customer service great hospitality 10 10+
The Greeter was fine, but the staff always seem to have some kind of attitude as though they are doing the customers a favor. I also experienced this in the LaPlata location as well. The food s good but not the full staff customer service. Have to savemy taste for Hoagies, as we call them in Pennsylvania, for Pennsylvania.

Staff was pleasant. After receiving my sub and getting to my destination 5 minutes later, I opened the bag to find a sloppy, wet steak and cheese. I was starving, so I ate half but threw the rest away. And the sub bread was stale...Maybe the store needsbetter quality control.
To offer gluten free bread and sandwich choices but not prepare it in a separate place is outrageous. The standard for all Jersey Mike's is to prepare the sandwiches on their own station. Do not eat here if you havw gluten sensitivity or celiac
I went in 15 min after completing a mobile order. My sub wasn't ready so I waited 20 min more. Since i was on a 30 min lunch break, i couldn't wait anymore and had to get a refund. This wasn't the first time it happened, but it was the last.
This place does not know hot to make a JM Sandwhich. Twice now I got this flat soggy bs. Anyone who has been to a good JM knows they PILE fresh lettuce in the sand which first if all. Look at gross thing?
