Jersey Mike's Subs

Never again! I liked the Waugh Chapel Jersey Mike's, but lately the service was terrible. Tonight I was next door and watched how it took almost 10 full minutes to make a single sandwich! Oh, and the sandwich manufacturer scratched three times the back of his head with his gloves. When he finished the sandwich, he didn't go back with my order. I waited two minutes and he never came back. Two other employees totally ignored me, so I went out, never back. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is closed soon if they don't get their act together. I'm coming firehouse!

I understand that things are changing due to Covid-19, but if your posted hours say you're open until 9:00 PM, you should actually be open until that time. I arrived at your restaurant at 8:01 PM, and it was already closed. If your hours have changed, it would have been helpful to have a sign at the entrance to inform customers. Additionally, the employee I encountered last night was quite rude. As a result, I decided to go to Firehouse Subs, which was open until 9:00 PM and happy to take my order. You lost not just a sale, but potentially a customer as well.

We decided to give this restaurant another chance after they previously got our order wrong. We ordered three different cheeses, specifically requesting that two of them be made without peppers or onions. However, they mixed all the meats together and added paprika and onions regardless. I won’t be returning to this place.

Fantastic sandwich! The roll had a perfect crunch on the outside and was soft on the inside—so fresh! The chocolate chip cookie tasted like it had just come out of the oven! Excellent work! The delivery was right on time, and the DoorDash driver was friendly and professional! Réservez une table maintenant

The portion of the steak was smaller than I anticipated. It might have been better with peppers, but unfortunately, I can't eat green peppers. Is it possible to request only red peppers? I think I’ll just stick with the Jersey Shore sub next time.

I ordered tuna on the rosemary parmesan bread and it was delicious! It was nice not to have onions already mixed in. So many places do that and I dont like onions. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

The buffalo chicken slaughter was delicious. Good customer service, and when you eat, they bring the sandwich to you. You usually have a kind of coupon that allows you to drink the chips and free of charge.

I went to pick up my online order and noticed three employees. One was wearing her mask correctly, while another had it below her nose, and the third wasn’t wearing one at all. It was quite disappointing. Réservez une table maintenant

Sandwiches are always good. I ordered from the app and it took 20 minutes over the projected time to have my food ready. It would have been faster just to order in the store.

The sandwich was fantastic, as usual! The roll was fresh and delicious, and the ingredients were top-notch.
