Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff remained composed and worked diligently. However, as the night went on, they started to run low on bread and other items. I noticed that some customers, frustrated by the wait, were quite rude, complaining about not getting there in time for a "free" sandwich. When I checked out, I asked the cashier for the names of the other staff members because I wanted to acknowledge how patient and hardworking they were. I appreciated the effort they put in under pressure. I seldom encounter such positive attitudes and excellent customer service. I work right next door and frequently visit this restaurant. Today, a young lady named Brianna went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. She picked up on my tough day, knowing that I work in healthcare, and she made a special effort to lift my spirits. I've also reached out to companies to commend exceptional service like hers. It's people like Brianna who make these kinds of places special. I would give her a million stars if I could!

The subs here are exceptional! I tried the large original #13, prepared Mike’s way with all the extra toppings, and it was fantastic. I shared it with my son, and we both thought it was unbeatable—fresh and delicious!
