Very disappointed. Ordered a #42 Chipotle chicken Cheesesteak and a #43 Chipotle cheese steak. Unfortunately, they did not pay attention to details and sent 2 Chipotle Cheese steaks instead. Its clearly on the receipt for a number 42 and a 43. It is sad that people now do not care people are spending their hard earned money choosing these establishment and supporting the business that clearly has no care to get an order right. Not asking for anything for free, we are paying for it and they choose to give us what they think we want or what is more convenient for them to grill. Just simply disappointed.
I went to pick up orders for myself and three coworkers. When I approached the counter to give the names for our orders, I was told to go to the shelves instead. There, I was rudely asked to provide proof of my orders. If you're going to suspect people of stealing, it would be better to keep the orders behind the counter so that I can just give you the names directly.
Placed an order online for pick up said it would be ready at 12:11 it is now 12:12 and they have yet to to start it but walk in customers got there food before mine . What is the point of having online if it’s slower service.
This is the only gluten-free safe restaurant in all of New Jersey. I just wish that getting gluten-free options didn’t cost so much extra, especially since Udi's bread can be quite dry. Still, I really appreciate this place.

Jersey Mike's in East Brunswick has an excellent staff. They are both efficient and friendly, which is not something you find at every restaurant. Keep up the great work!
The sandwiches were tasty, but I didn't receive the rosemary Parmesan bread that I requested. Nonetheless, they were still enjoyable!
I really enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Sandwich was great, restaurant was clean and employees were nice.
