I visited the restaurant with JM yesterday and experienced outstanding service! I can't remember his name, but there was the nicest young blonde server who attended to us. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely engaged with us. I was truly impressed by his kindness and the level of service he provided. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his exceptional customer service. It's rare to encounter such great service, especially at a fast food place, so I was really blown away!
I come to this Jersey Mikes multiple times a week, each and every time receive the best service and such a warm welcome. The manager is the sweetest woman you could ever meet always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy including her staff and customers. Couldn’t ask for a better way to spend my lunch break! Thank you so much Jersey Mike’s team, you guys make it special and far beyond pleasant!!! 10 stars across the board
The Matawan location is beautiful and super clean. I visited for the first time today and the young lady that created my sandwich and waited on me was absolutely one of the nicest people!! I have only visited Jersey Mike’s a handful of times but based on this experience and my yummy sub, I will be a regular customer from now on! Keep up the good work!
I just want to give a shout-out to Jersey Mike's in Matawan. Every time I've reached out to them to organize an event, they've been fantastic—everyone from the manager Mike to the staff. The place is clean, and the food is delicious! If you're looking for catering, they'll make the process really easy!

I just had a sandwich that tasted as if the meat was a decade old, and the bread was so stale that it crumbled apart and was impossible to eat. I usually love Jersey Mike's, but the management at this location really needs to improve because it was genuinely unpleasant.
On Wednesday (10/26), I was greeted by a wonderfully friendly staff. I regret not catching anyone's name, but everyone was so kind and humorous—thank you for the excellent service! I will definitely return, even though it's a bit out of my way. P.S. I took the nap!
Jersey Mikes Subs is definitely a good place to eat. Are they the best subs in the world probably not, but they are very good. I don't think there is anything unique, except that they only do sandwiches and make good subs. Place is new and clean and friendly.
We stopped here to eat something on our way home from picking up our wedding rings near Friday night and the 3 young men were honestly just a pleasure. Helpful, polite. Above and beyond what I would expect in a fast food type of restaurant. Thank you.

Emily was the literal best ! I’m in the medical field and we got to talking and out of the goodness in her heart she paid for my order. It makes me feel great there are people like her in the world! Great service by all ! And best sandwich too !
