I recently visited this Jersey Mike's Subs location for the first time while exploring different spots. I arrived around 11 AM on a Sunday, so it was quiet and empty. The two employees working were quick to greet me and take my order. Although I ordered to-go, the interior of the restaurant looked clean and well-kept. Since it was early and not busy, the service and cleanliness might have been better than during peak hours. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and polite throughout my brief visit. First time eating at jersey mikes and unfortunately because of this location I will avoid in the future. Not only was the employee ignorant and rude to myself and my wife but he also spoke to us as if we were impaired. On top of that I spent $20 for a sandwich that was wrong and didn't realize it until we were back home in chicago. Not too mention 2 out of 3 workers have beards which is fine but not covering them while making sandwiches is not ok. Overall I'll just avoid this place all together first impressions are everything.
Tried this place because the owner kindly sent some coupons to our office. Quickly became one of my go-to’s for lunch. Looks like the drive through is up and running again too. Staff are all friendly and fast. Both hot and cold sandwiches are good here!
This Jersey Mike's location is fantastic! The staff were friendly, took the time to explain the menu, and even offered samples and recommendations. The food was fresh and delicious, making this my new favorite spot for sandwiches!

Good food nice staff but overpriced. $12+ for a sandwich combo isn't unexpected in 2022 but that was the price for a mini sandwich. Mini food, mega price. The food would bring me back but the price is what will keep me away.
The restaurant is clean and has excellent customer service, but I find the prices for the subs a bit high compared to other places. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick lunch if you're looking to grab a sub.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I ordered the tuna sandwich, which was incredibly fresh and delicious. I will definitely be coming back!
Their sandwich was overwhelmingly salty! It was nearly inedible, as if they had poured an entire container of salt inside. I won’t be ordering from here again. Definitely not recommended.

This is the best steak sandwich I've ever had! I was so impressed that I had to go back and order another one. You can tell from the photo how delicious it was—there wasn't a crumb left!
The service at this location was excellent, and they prepared the sandwich with generous portions of ingredients. This is definitely a clean Jersey Mike's and a great spot to visit!
