I've been to several Jersey Mike's locations, and this one had the worst customer service I've experienced. I placed my order through the app and arrived a few minutes before my scheduled pickup time. Upon entering, I stood by the pickup counter but was completely ignored. I noticed they had a large catering order, so I assumed they were busy and would help me when they could. After a while, a woman walked in, went straight to the counter, and ordered her sandwich. At this point, I had been standing there for at least ten minutes without even a greeting or anyone asking for my name for the mobile order. Music was so loud they could not hear us or vice versa. We were Ignored when we walked in the door. Asked to be helped and the black or brown hair girl said she can't work the slicer new? . Asked her to let the manager know ty we were there and she just smirked at me and continued wiping the counter. It wasn't until we started out the door that the manager ran up to the counter to take our order. The only positive aspect of my visit was the warm greeting I received from a friendly staff member. Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn for the worse. I observed a blonde-haired man appearing dazed and mumbling while handling knives, which left me feeling uneasy. Another employee with curly black hair was seen grabbing pickles from a container and carelessly carrying them to the grill, causing them to drip all over the floor. I would give 5 stars based off the food and service, but the last 2 times I have ordered online to pick up, my order has been stolen. No fault of the person(s) working that night (their response to the event is of the highest regard, very professional), but seeing their face of defeat as I ask for my stolen order is not ok. Management should step in to help not only the employees, but your customers that may turn down ordering from this venue because of the inconvenience caused not by the establishment, but by people taking advantage of the situation. I placed my order using their online app, which said it would be ready by 5:14. I arrived a few minutes early and waited outside. After a little while, I saw other customers entering, and I felt relieved that I had submitted my order on time. However, I should have known what was coming. At 5:15, I went inside and waited. Not once did anyone acknowledge me. I just stood there, watching as three other customers who arrived after me were attended to before they even bothered to check my order in the system.
