It's not easy to find great customer service skills, however, Jersey Mike's hit the Jackpot with Wendy. I met Wendy at Starbucks and asked her where the nearest Jersey Mike's store was. Not only was Wendy happy to speak with me, she told me about promotions and invited me to the store for lunch. I decided to have lunch at Jersey Mike's that afternoon. Wendy's staff were all nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Wendy noticed me in line and stopped what she was doing to come to say hello and thanked me for coming in. The sandwich was made beautiful, but it looked like they didn't add much salami to it. I also didn't like the lower part still being made and they asked if we wanted to pay and we paid.... literally a second later the guy asked if we paid?!!! Like we're trying to get a free sub.
