I came here today with my 4 year old for a daddy/daughter lunch, we loved it! The service is fast, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. The seating area is clean and comfortable and spacious. But I already knew all of that… I live around the corner and frequent often. I’m posting today because Noel suggested I try the chipotle cheesesteak, with his recommended preparation. It was phenomenal! I ended up eating 3/4 of a giant and I am sitting here stuffed ready for a nap haha. Thanks for making it fun and extra delicious today, Noel! I understand it's a Monday night and you're eager to close up, but the two employees on duty had the entire line empty at 8:30 pm, with absolutely nothing in the bins. We arrived, saw the situation, and decided to leave. If I were the owner of this restaurant, I'd be concerned about customers walking out just 30 minutes before closing time. The staff were friendly, but it felt awkward to ask for a sandwich while one of them was cleaning the counter and the bins were all empty.
We had a very disappointing experience today. We ordered catering, went to pick it up and not only was the catering not ready, but they had not started the order (8 giant sandwiches), only had one person in the store, and could not possibly fill the order within a timely fashion. We had to cancel our order and go to another location. If they couldn't fill the order on time, they should have reached out to us to let us know ahead of time.
Just finished eating an amazing sub I had to leave you guys a review right away cause it was that good! Thursday squad rocks! This is also the second time I’ve been here in a week and my subs have been top notch! (That’s why I came back ; Thank you guys for satisfying my hunger!

The restaurant needs some improvements. It appears to be understaffed, and when I visited at 2 PM, it was quite dirty. Having only two staff members is insufficient to manage the operations and maintain cleanliness.
I come for lunch on a daily basis and Noel, Chris, Julian and Patty create an amazing experience for me. They make a good sandwich for sure, but they're attentiveness and good vibes keep me coming back for more.
These guys make the best sandwiches among all the sub-shop chains. The bread is fresh, and the meats are sliced to order.
Good comfort food. Sandwich is consistently good as service. only need more help during the busy lunch hours.
