In comparison to other Jersey Mike locations this one is by far the worst. they consistently mess up orders regardless of online, through the app or over the phone (kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) and to top it all off Assistant Manger Niesha will argue you down to the condiments that they didn 't mess up. I was on the phone with her for over 10 minutes (should have been a 2 minute phone call) kindly explaining that I understand they are busy, covid-19 etc things are different but I ordered 6 sandwiches and 5 were completely wrong. I've usually been disappointed by chain sub quality because I grew up ordering and eating subs made in neighborhood pizza places and sub shops all around Essex County(specifically Newark's North Ward . This is my very first Jersey Mike's experience n North Jersey, and I'm very pleasantly surprised. All the meats are freshly sliced to order, and the toppings(lettuce, tomato, onion, etc tasted fresh and were generously placed, just like the old school places of my childhood and teen years. My only small gripe was with the bread and next time(and there definitely will be a next time! I'll stick to the old school white or wheat roll, as the rosemary parmesan one was just okay.
I order using the app for pick up. My order is always ready on time. Lately they have been keeping the orders behind the counter as opposed to me just walking in and grabbing it. They have a spot marked for It so if you don?t see it just let them know. Very friendly employees!
