In comparison to other Jersey Mike locations this one is by far the worst. they consistently mess up orders regardless of online, through the app or over the phone (kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt) and to top it all off Assistant Manger Niesha will argue you down to the condiments that they didn 't mess up. I was on the phone with her for over 10 minutes (should have been a 2 minute phone call) kindly explaining that I understand they are busy, covid-19 etc things are different but I ordered 6 sandwiches and 5 were completely wrong. I called in my order noon. I advise Christopher that I would be picking up my order in 30 min. I arrived 12:37p. There were a man giving instructions on what toppings he wanted on his sandwich, while my items were being bagged. The cashier then waiteduntil his sandwich was done then rang him up first, then he rang me up. I then asked the cashier why did I have to wait. Heresponded I didn 't want you to cut the line . Having grown up enjoying subs from local pizza joints and sub shops throughout Essex County—especially Newark's North Ward—I've often been let down by chain sub quality. However, my first experience at Jersey Mike's in North Jersey was a pleasant surprise. The meats were freshly sliced to order, and the toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onion tasted fresh and were generously added, just like the old-school places I remember from my childhood and teenage years. My only minor issue was with the bread; next time (and there definitely will be a next time!), I'll opt for the classic white or wheat roll since the rosemary parmesan bread was just okay.
I always use the app to place my order for pickup, and it's consistently ready on time. Recently, they've started keeping the orders behind the counter instead of letting me pick them up directly. There's a designated area for pickups, so if you can't see your order, just ask the staff. The employees are very friendly!

I love Jersey Mike's and usually visit different locations a few times a week. However, today at the Eisenhower Parkway location in Roseland, my sandwich was made with clearly day-old bread. Since the bread is what makes the sandwich, I will avoid this location from now on.
This place is horrible in service, the guy is rude, plus the store hours is supposed close 9pm and the was cleaning was even 8:20 so we can order only cold subs, this is ridiculous ????
The spot is superb and spacious, the meals was delightful and the rates were very inexpensive. rapidly, effective service and very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this place.
Awesome fun with the guys working the counter this morning. My Sister's first time at a Jersey Mike's! She loved it. We need a Jersey Mike's in North Conway NH, Big Time!
