Order from this Jersey Mikes fairly often, but will not be doing so anymore. Their quality has been slipping in regards to orders being correct and proper. The latest issue was ordering online and receiving a completely different sandwich. After calling the store, they informed us there was nothing they could do and referred us to the manager, who we called. She said she was not going to refund the sandwich because it was incorrect. The sandwich plus processing, delivery, and tip was well over $15. She continued to explain that she had new staff and was requiring to refund a number of orders recently. I visited Jersey Mike's for the first time after enjoying the best sub ever just a few days earlier in Secaucus, New Jersey. I was curious to see if I could find something just as good in Virginia. Eric prepared me a fantastic original #13 with added jalapeños, and he was not only a skilled sandwich maker but also an interesting and entertaining host. Since this location is on my route home from work, I have a feeling I'll be stopping by regularly from now on.
We had been eager to try Jersey Mike's, and we finally got the chance during lunch. I ordered the Italian sub, which was delicious. I appreciated that they offer three sizes; the mini was more than enough for me. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have the option to toast the bread or heat the sub, as I prefer my sandwiches warm rather than cold.
Stopped by today, and all the windows are covered in brown paper and all the window decals are gone. Looks like it's either closed or will be doing some renovations. While it was open service here has always been hit or miss. I've had both great service and terrible service.

The restaurant closed at the beginning of 2022, but for some reason, Google has yet to update its status. It's set to be transformed into a UPS store.
Very disappointed in my last trip. The sandwich wouldn't have compared to a Subway sandwich. No meat all bread, Very sad to say it was a Jersey sub.
Great customer service. I saw one of the staff literally sprint out the restaurant and flag down another customer that left a sub.
I wish they had toasted the bread, but the sub was good overall. However, they've shut down, which says a lot!

I got the Big Kahuna. It was delicious except for the not one, not two, but three hairs I found in it!
Great friendly staff. David and Fabio are extremely nice and welcoming. Will be back to this location!
