This review is based on customer service experience only (haven't ate my food yet). I visited today (November 8, 2023) Oxon Hill MD location and received the most efficient professional service from Devon/Dayvon. I've also watched this young man provide every customer with the same top notch service. He greeted everyone upon entrance while preparing sandwiches and providing assistance to his teammates. Not sure if he's a manager or team lead but if he isn't, I believe he sets an perfect example of what customer service should be. Shout-out to this young man. (This lady who asked you what's your name). Keep up the great work!
Definitely the best Jersey Mikes round town. My coworkers and I can?t stop coming here for lunch!!! We started ordering online to avoid the crowd. The coolest thing was Donnie called instantly to confirm with what we ordered was correct. Now that?s TopTier customer service! These are the subs you gonna either dance to while eating with no interruptions! Go Jersey Mikes!????????
Horrible they paid more attention to each other rather than my order talking about food poisoning and quitting because she is tired of making sandwiches this happened on August 30 2023 between 130 to 300 I will never buy from that site again those 2 employees should be fired
No greeting or thank you either, my online sub order was just shoved to me at the counter. I hope the sandwich tastes good! I just left there a second time and the young lady did the same thing, shove my food to me. They do not want my business, so Iwill go elsewhere.

UPDATE: I gave you guys another try over the weekend and I must say there?s been improvement. Whoever the new guy is on the grill needs to stay there,there was no wait time at all even with a line to the door. Good job guys! I?ll be back!
Chicken portabello (sub or bowl) YUMMY ??Parking: There's parking but this is a small shopping center with a lot of shops crammed together. It's still worth the trip for takeout or, what I used curbside pickup!
Their service got better than last 2 times I been there 3 months ago. Got my order correct and fast and they were busy then last 2 times I have been there and got my order quickly. They have hard work team now.
The ladies that helped me were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back for more delicious sandwiches.
