Changing my review to 1. After the last couple visits, I have no choice. The last visit was exceptionally bad. Not only were the condiments cross contaminated, but employees were bad as well. Note to management: tell your employees that if they are going toridicule and make fun of a customer, don?t do it while the customer is STILL in the store. As you can see from the photo, themayo had salsa, onions, and yellow hot peppers in it. This explains why the last three visits my sub had onions on it when Idon?t order onions. I thought it was the lettuce but from the picture you can see onions in the mayo. I told the lady making mysub about the mayo with everything else in it and she did nothing....
First time customer last! I placed an order at 1:41 got my order at 3:16 called the restaurant to ask if they could toast the bread and all I got was an ?ugh? what?s the name on the order. Waited an hour and a half to be disappointed. Cold subs missing items from my order. There are much better places to go for subs that are more tastier and where the order arrives a lotquicker! Go to D?Angelo?s and save yourself the hassle
Good food but HORRIBLE service, my mom tried to call for aN order the person who answered said they’d “put her on hold” then just left the phone on the counter did not return. In my opinion, that’s HORRIBLY unprofessional unacceptable. AND THEY PUT PEPPERS ONIONS ON THE STEAK CHEESE WHEN WE CLEARLY ASKED FOR A STEAK CHEESE WITH EXTRA CHEESE NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!
It was my first time at this place. Not properly sanitized. Placing the sandwiches on the print-out receipt paper is not sanitary. Using their hands with the same gloves to remove particles/ crumbs from off the counter is not sanitary. Please train the staff on food handling. It was 4males when i got there.

Very very bad customer service,I don?t live far from this place and I?ve been here a total of 7 times and each time same thing if anything things kept getting worse .I can go into details but it will take too long.The people that work here are just weirdnot all but the ones I see the most
The cold cuts for your sandwich are freshly sliced. You can customize it into a bowl just the way you like, adding banana peppers, pickled relish, and pickles.
Always fast, professional and well made. Always remember my order too. One of the best Jersey Mike's I've been too and I work up and down the east coast.
The subs aren't outstanding, but they're not bad either. I've had my order mixed up a few times, but the sandwich was still enjoyable.

Staff have been consistently nice and attentive. Sandwiches we've ordered from here have been great too.
Very small list of vegetarian options. The portobello sandwich was fine.
