Did a mobile order, and was told it would be ready at 7:15. We arrived at 7:13 and checked in. After waiting for 20 minutes and watching people Arrive and go inside to order and leaving with their food, we decided to walk in. We asked for our order, to first be told they didn't know anything about it, even though I had confirmation and email. Then after the girl asked the preparers about it, they first rolled their eyes and mumbling, one stated that they had fixed it over 15 minutes ago. I Absolutely Love Jersey Mike, The Food Is Amazing, The Staff Are So Friendly And The Restaurant Is Very Clean. I Went There Today And Order The #17 And Met A New Friend Name Quan. He Is Absolutely Friendly And Funny. Quan Fixed My Sub And He Put His Entire Heart And Soul Into It. He Took His Time Made It Exactly How I Asked For It. I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my boyfriend ended up with a severe case of food poisoning after dining here. I contacted the restaurant to inform them about the contamination, and the manager told me they hadn’t received any other reports but would “keep an eye out.” So they know they may have contaminated food but are just going to monitor the situation? That’s concerning. Proceed with caution if you choose to eat here.

Great service and a very clean store. It was nice for the family to be able to run in and grab dinner on the last leg of our trip. The only thing is the bathrooms do not have a changing table for babies so we have to change our son's diaper out in the rain in the car. Réservez une table maintenant

Outstanding service and sandwiches! Restaurant was pleasantly welcoming and clean. The team making our sandwich was polite, engaging, funny and did a super job. Also, the bread was so so perfect! Best sub I?ve had in years!
