Some of the customer service skills can be a little more better. Especially when it is 8:30pm at night on a Saturday hence closing is a 9pm. Why slack in delivering great customer service skills because you have a little bit of time left on the clock. Especially when there is a gluten sensitivity customer there to be served. The subs are great I am just disappointed in that. Maybe cut off time for certain subs should be enforced instead of making it hard on those who gives you business. Just complete attitudes that aren?t necessary, I worked in customer service 7 plus years and if I was getting close to closing time, then I would govern myself accordingly professionally . Do the restaurant itself I'd give 5 stars. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The food is always fantastic. However, I give the menu a 2 star. Jersey Mikes has gotten rid of a few sandwiches. 1 of them was the Reuben!!! I'm disappointed that they got rid of it. May not be a big deal to some. It's a big deal to me.
