You cannot call this store to place an order. It is beyond frustrating when trying to grab a sandwich when we're busy. We came here about 2 weeks ago, tried calling, didn't get through. My fiance went inside to order. It took about 10 minutes as there was a line. She mentioned to the guy that she tried calling but couldn't get through. The guy said that the phone doesn't work. Great... It appears as though I'm not the first person bringing this up in a review. Management fix the phone. I don't want to place an order on doordash or uber eats, I just want to call it in. Sandwich was as you would expect from JM, it was good. Fix your phone.
Sandwiches were very good. Prepared well and tasty but the prices were extremely high priced. For a portabella cheese steak and a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. And mind you these were half size (not the footlong) with a small bag of chips and a medium soda for each sandwich a whopping $28. WHOA...I understand prices went up but these were 1/2 size sandwiches. At $14 each it's insane. Sorry but a sandwich (especially half size) shouldn't be that expensive. All you're doing is paying for the high rent electric bill. No way are 2 sandwiches 2 Pepsi's and 2 bags of chips worth $30
The service was decent, and the food is typical for a $14 six-inch sub combo. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was shocking. The soda station and the floor were dirty, and the tables and chairs showed clear signs of neglect. It was 12 PM, and the place should not have been in such a state. It’s unacceptable to see it in this condition, especially during the early afternoon; maybe it's understandable at the end of a busy day but not now. This level of neglect is simply inexcusable. I’m very disappointed, Mike. This will be my first and last visit.
Well I know it’s really freshly made and all the ingredients are fresh too. But you have to taste it’s what they are all about. The manager super friendly and respectful and his staff outstanding. I really recommend every items so don’t worry. The place is super clean and it has easy access. Manager please keep it going. Réservez une table maintenant
Date: August 6, 2023. This is the worst Jersey Mike's location I've ever visited. The staff were terrible. I walked in at 8:05 PM to place an order, but the grill was already closed, even though the store is supposed to stay open until 9 PM. The young workers seemed lazy. I won't be returning to this location.
We have ordered from this location for years but have noticed the subs getting skimpier recently. Not sure the staff making the subs are given a guide as to the amount of meat and condiments to use or if they don’t follow the guidelines. For the price, a skimpy sub is not worth it.
I've been ordering from this restaurant for quite some time, but in the past few months, my orders haven't been correct. It seems like they aren't paying attention to the details of my requests, as they keep adding items that I didn't ask for and omitting things I wanted.
My boyfriend went to Jersey Mike’s to get two Cheesesteaks with onions, cheese, mayonnaise and lettuce take out. We ended up with barely any meat and cheese no lettuce no mayonnaise. Total disappointment. Not the first time. We are DONE with this place. Réservez une table maintenant
