I repeated my question about their hours, and when I ordered a regular sub, the first guy intentionally gave me a smaller bread roll and skimped on the cold cuts. As someone who regularly orders from Mike's, I could easily notice the difference in quality. He reluctantly finished the sandwich, and when I asked about the drink sizes, he pointed at the cups without saying a word, treating me like I was clueless.

So I’ve been to several different locations and this particular location many times and have not written a review until today. Whoever it was that was in charge on Wednesday at 2:00, was so upbeat and personable to everyone. He was great with the employees (one of which was his first day) and just as great with everyone who walked in. He acted as if he knew each and every customer and was happy to be at work (this isn’t seen very often, so it brightened my day just a little bit to see that). Oh, food’s good too!
Wilted brown lettuce which I would ignore if they'd just put what I ask for on the sandwich. Very disappointing that I paid $19 for the wrong thing when it wasn't even busy. They don't care. Painfully slow. Between online orders and in person customers. The slicer should be in constant use with very little down time. The lack of urgency to get sandwiches out is unacceptable at this location Do yourself a favor and go to the Wanaque Jersey Mikes if you want your food fast. Our whole family loves Jersey Mike's! We often order takeout for lunch, and I'm always impressed. The food is consistently delicious, earning a solid 5 out of 5, and the service is equally outstanding, also a 5 out of 5. Highly recommend!

Brianna n Kevin, two of the nicest people. They also make an amazing sandwich. They’re also super clean, anytime I ask to wipe the slicer they do it without any hesitation. Thanks guy!
This is a nice restaurant. The prices are a bit on the high side, but I would definitely return. The root beer they serve in cans is really good!
